RECAP

To recap on what's going on, I've been fairly consistent with this health kick I started this month. I gave myself a budget on food I call an "investment to my health" and lately I've been good at drinking these smoothies. I also threw some creativity I never thought existed. Like who knew tumeric reduces inflammation?! I didn't know what tumeric was, now I put tons of it in.
I don't always have theses smoothies for every meal, I still like to have a proper breakfast and lunch. As for dinner, I don't really eat much...as fas as I've seen. I did have a cheeseburger at some point. Anyway I'm not perfect but it's the transition I'm learning and mastering to understand my appetite. Here are a few things I've learned thus far;

1. LEMON WATER. (Limes are cool too) Drink lemon water every morning to kick off your metabolism, trust me it will clean you out when your body is ready to. What comes in must get out quickly. Drinking this in the morning will help get rid of the stuff you ate the night before, nontheless it sure does suppress an appetite.
TIP: Add a dash of tumeric

2. SMOOTHIE. Drink a smoothie to substitute a solid meal when you're on the go. I drink a veggie/fruit smoothie for breakfast or for lunch. Lunch is a bit challenging because as much as I would like something fast and good, no is not an option. One thing I learned is that having a smoothie for lunch doesn't get me tired and feeling grotesque coming back to work. I feel a lot more content knowing that I fed myself something that is fresh and light.

3. WATER WATER WATER. We survived the drought so the best bet is to drink as much good water before inflation hits again. There is a difference in pH levels in water and the best you can get is nothing lower than 7. I'm too scientific on this but want to specify that there is a whole other paradigm with water just like there is with food, plastic, our salad dressing for heaven sakes! Let your tap water sit in the frig for hour to get rid of the chlorine and DRINK betch. But why? It's like washing your hands every time you stopped at John's. It's courtesy to hydrate.
